TIFF14: Wrap-Up

TIFFThisIsYourFestival

My twelfth year of attending the Toronto International Film Festival has come to a close.  This year is notable for the fact that I practically ignored the Gala and Special Presentation programmes and focused mostly on small film selections, which typically don’t feature big starts.  More than half the films I saw were part of either Midnight Madness or Vanguard, which really helps to demonstrate my love of genre films.  However, I also some memorable films from the other programmes of the festival, including quite a few from the Discovery programme.

Now it is time for my annual wrap-up.

About Sean Kelly -

Sean Patrick Kelly is a self-described ├╝ber-geek, who has been an avid film lover for all his life. He graduated from York University in 2010 with an honours B.A. in Cinema and Media Studies and he likes to believe he knows what he’s talking about when he writes about film (despite occasionally going on pointless rants).
