Zach Snyder has tweeted the first image of Ben Affleck as Batman from his sequel to Man of Steel, tentatively titled Batman vs. Superman. While a dark monochrome image, it can be seen that this interpretation of Batman is probably closer to the original comic book design than any previous incarnation. Batman vs. Superman is scheduled to be released on May 6, 2016.
