This Weekend in Movies - January 29, 2010 - Edge of Darkness, When in Rome

Mel Gibson returns to the spotlight with the thriller Edge of Darkness.  The critics seem to be praising the return for the most part with the film currently sporting a 57% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

The same can't be said for the romantic comedy When in Rome, which only has a 19% Fresh rating.  Maybe studios should get the hint.
