Sean Kelly

My Thoughts on Observe and Report

The busy weekend involving both my birthday and Easter has prevented me from posting my thought on this film until now.

At the very least I can say that this was a funny film, even though it was clear that Seth Rogen's character was a bi-polar sociopath and you technically shouldn't be laughing at the things that he did.

I noticed that Harry Knowles at AICN described director Jody Hill as the "David Cronenberg of Comedy," which I wouldn't necessarily agree with, but I could see how the comparison could be made.

Either way, Observe and Report probably isn't Seth Rogen's best comedy, but it was still quite funny.
